April 16, 2024 at 3:46 pmOne of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I was very interested in trying their kava. The guy working today (4/16/24 12:45pm) was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. I even asked if it was okay that I was in there because the vibe was so off. They only take cash app (which I don’t have, and probably would’ve downloaded if the experience was positive) but by that point I was so fed up with the guy, that I decided to walk out. So, I never got to try the products. I’m typically not one to leave one star reviews. But, I left feeling so dismissed and confused.
