Late nights they climb on top of that building and walk around on top of all the establishments including H and R Block high as the kites that children fly. This owner has stayed at this establishment four days at a time with another man with a black pick up truck. They have thrown sticks at the homeless and has tried to poison them by giving them fried chicken and candy bars. We have alerted the narcotics department and the Feds to watch them closely selling and using heroin out of the kava bar. TThier behavior has been secretly recorded so next time the Kava Bar and these associates will be told they are being recorded and this time the U.S. Marshalls and everyone else can see these unprofessional idiots act out cruely by being high on the drugs they sell out this bar....Heads up!!!stop it
