Twisted Roots Kava Brewery is a one-of-a-kind, theme-park style Kava Bar in Hollywood, Florida. This Kava Bar is filled with exciting visuals and illusions to explore – you’ll notice something new on every visit. Don’t expect anything to be standard here.
Twisted Roots Kava Brewery is located at 2037 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, Florida — right in Downtown Hollywood. They’re open everyday from 5pm to 12am weekdays, and 5pm to 2am weekends.
What to expect on the menu!
They offer a variety of ceremonial kava for you to enjoy. Their Waka Kava is farm sourced from Fiji and served in a traditional coconut shell. They also have visiting kava, which is rotational and features different strains from various South Pacific Islands. Call for availability.
In addition to their regular kava, they also offer a selection of kava cocktails. Their most popular is the Kanoa, made with Waka kava, coconut milk, pineapple juice, hibiscus syrup and li hing mui. The Menehune is another favorite, made with Waka kava, coconut water, almond milk, orgeat, orange blossom water and lime juice.Both are just $9.
They also offer a variety of kratom-based drinks, including the Mitrajito and the Jolly Temple. Their kratom drinks are made with 5ml of kratom extract and are designed to help you relax and unwind. You can also add on a 2mg extract boost for an extra charge.

Twisted roots has weekly events!
Looking for something to do in the evenings? Twisted Roots has you covered! They have Open Mic nights every other Tuesday, where local performers take the stage. This is a great opportunity to catch some up-and-coming talent in a relaxed and fun setting.
On Thursdays, it’s Karaoke Night at Twisted Roots! Come out and sing your heart out with your friends. There’s no judgment here, just good times to be had by all.
And if you’re looking for something to do during the day, they have a wall of Games and art supplies that you can use free of charge. So come on down to Twisted Roots and enjoy everything they have to offer!

I throughly enjoyed all the drinks they had to offer. So go ahead. Walk through their doors. You won’t be mad you did. Twisted Roots teleports you to a place away from the world outside with an amazing atmosphere and wonderful drinks!

August 29, 2020 at 7:27 pmI’ve been to a few kava bars in south Florida but I never got into the taste or the sludgy texture. I wanted to like it, I just couldn’t. A few friends discovered Twisted Roots Kava in Hollywood and begged me to give it one last shot. I’m glad I did. Not only is the kava completely tolerable but the cocktails they make with the kava are actually amazing stand alone drinks. And I could go on an on about the atmosphere. It’s clearly designed around the ultimate kava enjoyment experience. Hats off to Twisted, you’ve made me a believer.
