The correct kava bar equipment list does not begin with a blender, an ice machine, or a gorgeous counter photo. It begins with an approved menu moving through a real room at the busiest plausible hour.

Walk a fictional order through the drawing. Then walk a delivery through it. Then a broken glass, a spill, a rush, a callout, an internet outage, and an ice-machine failure. The room should not require choreography that only the founder knows.
Daily averages are equipment poison. A bar can average 15 drinks an hour and still need to make 45 between 8 and 9 p.m.
Use:
required cycles per peak hour = peak item demand ÷ usable output per cycle
required active production minutes = required cycles × active minutes per cycle
holding requirement = peak demand during replenishment gap + approved safety stock
usable equipment capacity = rated capacity adjusted for recipe, recovery, cleaning, and service reality
If one process needs 75 active minutes during a 60-minute hour, you need a different batch size, earlier preparation within approved holding rules, another station, a faster process, a narrower menu, or lower demand. You do not need a motivational quote.
Test the actual recipe in candidate equipment. Manufacturer capacity is a specification, not a promise that your product, batch, noise tolerance, cleaning routine, and staff will produce the same throughput.
The exact items depend on the approved concept. Use this as a category list, not a universal shopping cart.

Ice deserves its own model:
peak ice per drink × peak drinks + non-drink use + recovery allowance = required peak ice
Then address water, filtration, drainage, ventilation, cleaning, bin access, heat rejection, preventive maintenance, and the outage plan. A machine that technically makes enough ice per day can still fail the peak if recovery and bin capacity do not match service.

Compare written quotes for the same scope. A lower quote missing freight, startup, accessories, or installation is not lower. It is unfinished.
