April 2, 2023 at 6:42 pmThis kava bar brings culture to us through its finest kava from the Caribbean Islands. It sparks conversations, and I’ve made a lot of good friends here. The Cloud breaker is the strongest drink they have, and it’s what I recommend. It will show you exactly what kava does!

April 1, 2023 at 6:30 pmThe kava root here is seriously something else. It’s super strong, and Ava, the bartender, is super knowledgeable, courteous, and has a great personality. I’ve been making kava root teas for nearly 20 years, but this is different.

March 5, 2023 at 2:57 amMy experience was ruined when I saw that the employees here were not wearing masks. I understand that it’s a personal choice, but it’s not a good look, especially in these times. The kava was good, but the lack of safety precautions left a bad taste in my mouth.

January 29, 2023 at 1:14 amThe Hawaiian kava here was much less bitter than what I had before. The high tide tastes like mugwort juice, which I love. The rip tide was more concentrated. You have to remember to swirl the powder around before ingesting. The vibe inside is mellow, and it feels like a dark tiki bar.

January 10, 2023 at 4:38 pmThis kava bar is unique, and it’s the second location of four that the owners of ROH have brought to the valley. It’s a university town, and the vibe is fantastic. Bula!

January 7, 2023 at 11:14 amThe atmosphere here is great, with lots of fun stuff to look at. However, the powdered Kratom here is twice as expensive compared to every other cafe I’ve been to. It’s a shame because the quality is good.
